4:30 to 6 p.m. - CSA Trustees meeting, closed meeting (American Philatelic Center)

6 p.m. – Dedication of the Kaufmann Civil War Room – open to the public (American Philatelic Center)

6:30 to 7:30 p.m. – Welcoming reception at Big Spring Spirits, sponsored by Daniel F. Kelleher Auctions - open to the public

Friday, October 25

9 a.m. – Bourse dealer early entry

10 a.m. – Show opens to the public

11 a.m. – Francis J. Crown, Jr. - The 3c Nashville Provisional

12 p.m. – Tour of the American Philatelic Research Library
1 p.m. – Joint APS / APRL budget board meeting (open to the public)

1:30 p.m. – Dr. Daniel M. Knowles - The American Civil War Captured in 31 Covers

3:30 p.m. – Stefan T. Jaronski, Ph.D. - Evolution of Confederate Army Field Post Service During the Civil War

6 p.m. – Show closes

 

Saturday, October 26

9 a.m. – Bourse dealer early entry

10 a.m. – Show opens to the public

11 a.m. – Daniel J. Ryterband - A Country Divided: Effects of the American Civil War on the Mails

12 p.m. – Tour of the American Philatelic Research Library

2 p.m. – Judges’ Critique

4 p.m. – Show closes. Dealer and exhibit take down.

6:30 p.m. – Closing Reception and open bar at the American Philatelic Center – ticketed event**

7:30 p.m. – Awards Banquet at the American Philatelic Center – ticketed event**

 

Sunday, October 27

9 a.m. to Noon – Remaining dealer move-out and exhibit take-down
